Alright so I bought these skis last March off Backcountry.com, skied them exactly one day last season, and around 25 days so far this season, no urban just lots of park and resort skiing. 3 of 4 edges are ripping out now, and the tip of one ski is delaming or something. I see that Surface offers a 1-year warranty and luckily I saved my receipt which is dated March 30.

Do you think I have a good chance at getting these replaced or should I just epoxy up the edges myself and tough it out for the rest of the season? It's a shame cause I really like these skis. I see they added a full wrap edge on the nine-life which will probably solve this problem

on the left is the tail of one ski, the right is the tip of the other ski

dont tell them you hit rails or boxes if you want a warranty i know its kinda lying but they have cheated several nsers out of warranty cuz they used em on rails.

holy shit i just read you bought em from backcounrty
LIFETIME WARRANTY!!!!
but seriously bc is major legit dont bother with surface go straight to bc

If they dont warranty, at least your bought them off of backcountry.com. They offer a lifetime warranty.

don't attempt to fix them until you talk with them- fixing/epoxying a ski quite often hurts your chances at getting them warrantied. Talk with them first, they'll tell you what the best plan is.
