I was wondering how long it usually takes to get back something that you send in there I was told two-three weeks by them but i was wondering if that si how long it has taken to get get stuff warrantied for some of you guys. Thanks

 
my one set of a-frames got a cracked lens and it took bout a 3 week-4 week time frame...but i still skied...its not like when you send your skis in(THAT REALLY SUCKS)

it usually takes about 2-4 weaks depends on where you live and how they are shipped. patience is a vertue, just use some old goggles and keap skien.

Really! I sent in my a-frame's and they never replaced them. they said it was my fault for damageing them. thatr kind of sucked cause their pretty expensive!
