some people probably do not know but the canadian dollar is now much stronger that the american

so all you guys who think 100 us i about 90 canadian it is more like now 100 canadian is more like 90 us

the canadian dollar is stronger and watch out not to get screwed or something

just telling people to watch out canadian dollar is about 1.6 i think

The Canadian dollar fell more than 2.4

percent against the U.S dollar on Monday, in its biggest

one-day decline since 1971

isn't this old? i thought it happened over 2 weeks ago? anyways, very good point, be sure to specify which currency you want to pay in/charge for

haha not 1.6 about, maybe youre thinking 1.06. if you google cad to usd you get:

1 Canadian dollar = 1.071123 U.S. dollars

So you should just do the same price or just use google to calculate the right price

well when i recently bought stuff from the US the canadian dollar was at 1.07 so i definitly got a good deal

Well my trip to Whistler is going to be alittle more expensive this year. Problay no point in exchanging money.

Theres a little when you get to expensive stuff like skis. When I posted it was 7 cents more. When you get to stuff like $400, its a $28 difference

liek a week or two ago, when it was really high, i went and bought a bunch of stuff off the interent. it saved me money!

sort of, but weird wording. Its WORTH more than the american dollar, stronger seems like a weird choice of words.

the canadian dollar will continue to rise for the forseable future. So if you want to go and spend your money in the states do it, it will be worth it on large ticket commodities.

The canadian dollar is not in a word as strong as the american dollar... that may sound wierd, but its pretty accurate. Canada makes up about 3or 4% of the world economy, we just dont have the buying power. Plus for every single dollar spent in the world right now, 50 cents of that dollar is american.

Did I just blow your mind?

why is this in ski equipment?

yeah i bought my skis in the us and instead of 540 it was like 520. not a big save but its still sick
