WARNING: Sessions fabric very flimsy

I bought the sessions Crgo jacket brand new in October. My first day and first run of the season, I was traversing over through some trees to get some pow. The seam of the jacket caught on a small branch, at a slow speed. The jacket shredded in half very easily, and I had to ski in a T-shirt for the rest of the day. I immediatly contacted sessions and was redirected 5 times over the course of a week, untill I was finally told that I could not be helped because the Canadian supplier is brand new and they won't have any jackets for RA's until June. They also said that this was somehow my fault, although for the past 15 years of my skiing life I have been traversing through trees, catching branches, and have had no problems. I'd say that Sessions is getting a little stingy on their material. THis is what happened:

Buyers of sessions beware!

that sucks. I have had a sessions jacket for the past two years and I havent had any problems with it thus far. Hopefully that continues...

I had one of the archetype jackets and had no problems, so maybe they are getting a bit slack on their latest materials

Yeah I've got sessions summit pants from a couple years back and they've treated me pretty well. Couple scrapes and small holes at the cuffs but thats mostly from rails or my ski edges cutting them. That sucks that it won't get warrentied. Definitely puts me off getting another sessions product.
