On April 7th, 2008 I sent 'Onlyexstasy' a check in the mail for an Oakley hoodie, that we had agreed upon that I would purchase.

On April 21st, 2008 Mr. 'Onlyexstasy" cashed my check of $30 USD.

Today's date is May 16th, 2008 and I have still not received my hoodie.

'Onlyexstasy' has not answered my messages, nor my instant message's which I now believe he has blocked my of. There is no way in God's green earth that a package from Central Ohio has not been received in Western Pennsylvania in this given time period. I don't give a hoot if you're training for the damn Olympic Games, if you cash someones check, then there's no excuse for not sending out the package!!
 
Have you had any interaction with him man, it'll be worth posting it to show a timline for us.

The check bit sucks, no protection obviously.

I hope it all runs out smooth for you bro.

Tell me about it bro, they have become so more apparent over the past fews months. It's reall shitty to see. Skiers ripping skiers off, i never thought it would happen.

The shady thing is I bought off of him before, and used Paypal.. but this time he was like I got rid of paypal just write me a check. So it was like he was trying to scam me, bc people just dont do away with their paypal account's for no reason

i know you do not need an account to be sent money. It is stored under the given e-mail address until that person starts an account. After they start the account they claim all funds under that name. Definately trying to pull a fast one on ya.
 
please stop suggesting this. Some of us use these free services for legit reasons, and would not appreciate people like you ruining it for us. It's not even that big of inconvenience, how hard is it to walk to the curb, and set a box of boxes there? also, misusing boxes from usps, is a federal offense, not sure about ups though.
 
DEAR SCAMMERS. I don't care who you are...there's no excuse for ripping other people off because you're too much of a FUCKUP to deal with your money problems on your own. Get a job, get good at skiing, help other people.....do SOMETHING useful with your lives. sorry to hear that yo - i've been in your shoes. makes me fucking sick just thinking about what these fools look like. there's the good/bad sellers list stickied in buy/sell/trade i believe.

But the new feedback system is much better. It's in your profile and people can write what they feel about how you handled a sale and stuff.
 
maybe he got arrested and is in jail
maybe he was hit by a car and has been hospitalized
maybe he was killed
maybe he sent out the sweatshirt to the wrong address by mistake
or maybe he's a total jackass that actually did jack your cash
