Warmest Ski Glove

Looking to get a new pair of gloves. I have a pair of Black Diamond Legends right now and although I like them for Spring skiing, I find my fingertips get super cold in colder temperatures here in Little Cottonwood Canyon. A ski patroller friend of mine at Snowbird recommend the BD Guide Glove as a SUPER warm glove. They are a bit expensive but seem worth it. Anyone suggest these as super warm? Any other super warmer gloves you would recommend?

I know mittens are always warmer, I am just a bigger fan of gloves for touring, resort skiing, etc.

Thanks

The hestra seth morrison lobster claw is the warmest I have used. Head has a pretty decent one this season that I am pretty sure is just a hestra with the head logo anyway.

seriously the best ski gloves/mittens are leather, insulated ranch/farm/work gloves. unless you're comfortable paying $100+ for gloves that are probably less durable and maybe marginally warm.

check out wells lamont, kinco, etc. kinco even has skiing specific ones with extra insulation. the only downfall is they aren't as flexible as regular nylon ski gloves, but that has really only affected grabbing for me.

And they're only $25. i've never used hestra, but the durability and warmth of my wells lamont mittens were pretty solid. i'm not as impressed with the warmth of my kinco gloves, but I think it's just cause they're not mittens.

Kinco 94HK or 901 for the double palm.

Super warm, just about indestructible, and damn waterproof as long as you keep them waxed up with a good beeswax or Snoseal.

Dexterity sucks balls for about the first 10 days though.

Black Diamond

Swanny

Hestra

Anything from these brands will be warm and good quality if you look after them properly.

Absolute mitt is unbelievable. More for mountaineering though

Mercury mitt is better for skiing and still crazy warm

mod ace hard wear store sell kinco, my favorite are kinco axemans they are all leather and just as good as any other glove i have owned

The seth morrison lobster (as said above) is super warm and the mitten glove mix is a plus.

I kniw you said gloves only but the Burton Oven Mitt is retardedly warm. You may want to look into their AK series of gloves
