Warm Ski Pants

Heres a list of several pants im considering, i need to know though how warm they are and how they fit. PLease help i want them to be comfortable down to about 20 - 25 fahrenheit (about -5 celsius)

-Volcom Weir-Dough: 5000mm waterproof, 'lightweight tricot mesh lining'

-Foursquare Niman Pants: 5000mm waterproof, no mention of lining

-DC Station Pants: 5000mm waterproof, no mention of lining

-Burton Cargo Pants: 5000mm waterproof, lightweight mesh lining with internatl waist adjustment, handwarmer microfleece pockets.

ALso list any suggestions.

 
all of those will be fine at -5, and besides, you're wearing something underneath them.

I mean if they will be comfortable to 20-25 fahrenheit or -5 celsius without anything underneath. Below those temps i dont mind layering up
