For all you people in the lower east, Im talking pa, nj, and south ny, do you think I should venture to my clifff jump spot or do you think the water is too cold?
My boyfriend was just talking about that. I think he's gonna start within a few weeks, if the temperature gets decent for it/above average like usual. He's in NEPA.
says the water is in the 40's for around me in NJ (ocean). I'd imagine the lakes are right around the same now, so yeah that's pretty cold.. especially to be jumping into. give it a few weeks maybe? at least until the air is nice and warm.
The first time I cliff jumped was in October in the upper peninsula. It was 40 degrees outside and the water was below freezing, it was moving water though so it didn't freeze. Just do it, it's not that bad.
You will only be able to do a couple of jumps though.
Well its defintely hot enough to cliff jump now, its hot as balls! Anybody ever been to livermore falls near plymouth NH? I went the other day and it was pretty sick. A 20, a 25ish, and 45ish footer into a river and a beast rope swing. Definitely tons of fun! Here is a pic, does anybody have any other cliffs nearby hanover NH?
i went cliff jumping this weekend and it was pretty dope...down at Norris Lake jumped off a 25ft bridge 25ft cliff and about 40ft rope swing shit was dope as hell
fo sho, it was close to 40 here today with the humid x....hottest day in a while, so we all headed down to the beach and swam in lake ontario, it was sooo refreshing, and yes for those people who know the TO lake Ontario i probably have AIDS, the bird flue and every hepatitis there is to get. so it could deff be refreshing if your weathers as hot as it is in TO
