They don't directly host anything, but usually their mirrors are decent, I never use irc, I'm yet to not be able to get something from there. You're gonna hit some bitch ass mirrors w/ porn pop ups though, b ut 70% of the time it's not bad.

IRC is internet relay chat, you can get great warez and stuff off there, but then again, it's probably too complicated for you seeing you cant even find anything on Kazaa...

Why not buy the software and make your life and the lives of everyone that have to listen to you a bit better.
