Warentees on Lines

sent my chronics in on the 19 of december, been calling and checking to see whats up with them and if they are being sent back yet. the guy i was talking to tells me that theres a good chance they havnt even been looked at yet, and a bunch of other things i really dont wanna hear. my question is, how long have your warentees been until you got your line skis back? and if there is a specific person at line that just deals with warentees can you please tell me who so i can try to talk to him about them. thanks guys
 
did you just send them in or did you get an RA #? if you just sent them there good luck getting them back. if you got an RA # just call and give them your number and they can track the process.
 
im not sure about this, but it might be because it was the holidays, and not many, if any people are working, so it may take a little while. i no this is true with other stuff, like i ordered a bike, but the shop didnt order it till after christmas cas they didnt work.
 
ya, i got the RA number from evogear (where i bought the skis) and sent them to where they told me to. i gave them the RA number like 5 times every time i called, and they said there was no status on them yet, but they said sometimes they dont update the status. oh and yeah they said they were a little slow becuz of the holidays, but i mean that was over a week ago and how long does it take to check the skis and package them.
 
haha howd u manage that? i got the new chronics the orange guys, and man i fucking love them. best twin ive ever owned. ive progressed more than ever to. the only down to them is that the topsheet is cracked and peeling like mad already, but i dont care, im fucking buying these again there amazing!
 
all i know is i better get my chronics asap before i start crackin some mother fucking ski-bum skulls
 
i work in a shop and i just warrentied a pair of skis for someone, its like a 3-4 week turnaround usually. if you call them up and just really tell them you need them they will typically do everything them can to help you push it along faster.

Warranty’s take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks. 2 being the summertime when it’s slow, and 4 being Christmas time when it’s busy. Your skis have been checked out and a replacement pair will be leaving the warehouse today so don’t go out and “start crackin some mother fucking ski-bum skulls”.
 
nope, id like to think so, but no. i had them 1 and a half ski days and i didnt hit any jumps with them. not only were they lifting up in back they were slightly twisted, ive never even seen that happen to any ski before. great skis tho
