Want to see what the X games slope style course looks like??

big air jump looks sick..loks like they have a ski run goin through it.....any estimate on size of that thing?

they need the handrail at the top and atleast one flat down either box or rail so skiers can do pretzels and shit or huge spins on.

Kinda funny side story... Jon actually quit skiing pipe the day that Peter threw down his first Whiskey Flip.
 
Thanks for the sneak peek Jon. That course looks way better than last years which lacked alot of slope. should be good this year. I'm pumped
 
They have TWO BOXES and thats it for jibs? Nice jumps but this isn't a slopestyle course without some legit rails. Everyone and their mother can 450 out of an up box and throw some switchups on a two foot wide trap box.
 
Couldn't agree more. I myself suck at skiing but could destroy those two first boxes. There should be rails for sure.
 
that gap jump is sick. it would be even sicker if theyd put spikes in the bottom of the gap and why my home park isnt built that carefully...

 
the course looks sick, way better than last year's in my opinion. can't wait to watch the pros in action on that course.
 
I'm really excited for X this year, kickers look good. And even though there's only going to be a couple rails i still think it will be good.

Hope Jon places well, he deserves it after all those Bronzes in past years!

am i the only one that thinks that the big air jump looks really small. that lip should have waaaaaay more pop
 
looks slick, that big air is huge and potentially deadly. good job refering to urself in the 3rd person jon, u da man.
 
Does anyone else think this is one of the worst things they could ever have on the Xgames course? WTF?

That aside the jumps like primo, finally with some decent length.

The step up looks ill though, can't wait to see the big air go down. I would like to see more rails in the slope course, but it is still pretty sweet with the jumps.
 
this x-games is gonna go off... i'm so stoked to watch it. They were all going huge in the second hp session and the slopestyle course looked sooo sick when jon and andreas were hitting it in the video blog.
 
yea it's really on the x-games course and yes it will be scary. hopefully i don't crap myself and at least the jumps should be super well built which will take away from some of the scariness.
 
i couldnt be more stoked on the videoblog. when he was like "alot of updates for xgames" i didnt expect 4 or so. impressive Jon. really killing it.

...is Luke Van Valin going to be the announcer on TV? cause that'd be sick.
 
that would be the best reasoning behind the setup if the comp was made just for spectators. I think it should be the athletes who get the the decision of what to put into the course. Fuck the spectators its about the athletes.
