Want to Photograph You Nude... J/K

I don't want to actually photograph you nude.

I'm a photographer that recently started snowboarding but have a few friends who ski as well. I'm looking to start shooting more skiing and snowboarding. I mostly ride up in Lake Tahoe so I'm looking to shoot photo of people throwing down over bigger kickers and down bigger rails.

Does anyone on here have suggestions as far as approaching people on the mountain or are most people chill with just having photos taken of them?

I think it depends on what you are doing with the photos. If you use them for commercial/profit purposes getting them to sign a waiver is probably the best thing to do.
