Want to move possibly in the future

Alright so i wanna move to VT after school, first year of college so that would be in at least three more, but i wanted some imput on possible towns to live in. I hate huge cities but i don't want it to be some small ass hick town. Park doesnt matter too much to me since im not very good, and just want a good mountain.

I live in upstate NY so skiing is pretty shitty and was amazed when i went to killington, how much better it was. So i look to you guys on advice of towns in VT
 
would also like to know about the decent mountains in vermont compared to killington, what there like, whats good and whats bad and to stay away from
 
convince me.. i have only been to killington for two trips and the only town i remember near there is rutland.
 
Burlington = easy access to stowe, smugs and MRG.

Sweet town, multiple colleges and an awesome ski scene.
 
howww bouttt thisss....

i live in Richmond Vermont and it is prime location...it takes me 5 min. to get to williston...15 min. to get to burlington...20 min. to waterbury...30-40 to stowe...20 to Bolton...30 to MRG...40 to bush...

Richmond is right in the middle and its a town so ur not in the city butt close enough to it to party and whatnot
