Want to live in boulder this winter?

Im looking to rent my room in boulder out for the winter. And east coasters trying to make it west? Pretty standard requirements, 18+, $600 a month, etc...

im a senior in HS and i want to go t college at UC but i cant afford it right away, i think im going to take a year off and get residentsy while working at a mountain!

600 is not bad for boulder. most places you're looking at like 750-800.

Wow, my view of real estate is ridiculously different than everyone else. I live in NYC, so if I can get a room where I live for 1k, I would be so lucky.

600 for being on the hill is cheap. off campus you can find cheaper, but for the location its a really good price

HAHAHAHA... what? 600 is a good deal to live on the hill in boulder. Im renting it for 6 months, Rent start jan 1st - ending july.

Me and my best friend have an apartment across the street from the Breck gondola and we each pay $475 a month and that's including ALL utilities. Would never pay $600 for a room in Boulder. Each to their own, though. Good opportunity for Midwest or East Coasters who wanna get the f out.
