well #1 I thought was quite bullshit. In my Us Economic History class we are learning that the people in the lowest 5th percentile of wealth in this country that after 25 years only 5.1% of people were still there while 14% had moved up the the second lowest 21% had moved to the third percentile 30.3% had moved to the 2nd percentile and 29% had moved up to the top perctile. Everything I see about wealth and inequality always talks about the top 1% and all this shit. I think we should focus more on the majority of people than the wealthiest 290,000 people. It is feasable to have a comfortable life in America whether or not you will own 600 million dollars or not well thats a different story.

It is a fact that in 1900 Percapita GDP in this country was 4,800 dollars. 1950 13,000 dollars and 2000 over 35000 dollars. (that is real GDP gpd per capita minus inflation) There is no question that Americans high a much higher standard of living than they did less than 50 years ago and 1000x better than most places on this earth so quite whining that you'll never be a billionare because opressive forces are holding you back. You have it good you have it REAL good.

Personally, I think that this is some really scary stuff. A disease that can penetrate the current immunisations. If a someone like Saddam Huisane got a hold of this, bio terrorism could be taken to a whole new level, and without any working immunisations, ours or any other country is basically screwed.

I'm not bitching about anything man. I just found this somehwat interesting, and I even said, some of htem are bullshit. I thought people may just ejoy reading them, if for nothing more, simply entertainment value. I hardly ever complain about things (other then bush, but I'm not getting into that), so I have no idea where you're ocming from with that post. Ok, so the terrorists are able to create a mutant strain or the pox virus using the IL-4 protein.

At least now we have have some line of defense against it, from our experience from working with it in the lab, even if its not 100% effective, it's better than not having anything at all

So its not necessarily a bad thing we are working with these viruses
