when skiers hate on snowboarding. i just joined and un-joined a facebook group entitled I AM A SKIER or some shit and there is an entire thread where virtually every member of the group is hating on snowboarders because of one douchebag. hating just for the sake of hating. one person said "Skiing is the best snowbording is for un courdinated red necks". these narrow minded fuckasses really piss me off.

some people make me angry to the point that i make threads.
 
so much more snowboarders hate on skiers so it doesnt really matter

snowboarding is chill but i think skiing is chiller
 
the only skiers I know who bitch about snowboarders, are skiers that just had to defend the sport against some random snowboarder who just wonted to bitch.

other then that all the skiers I know will be found on the hill with a boarder at some time in the week.

hating snowboarding just for the hell of it is stupid, and just for noobs like some guy above me said.
 
I don't have a problem with snowboarders, all of my friends are. But they hate on skiers way more then we do on them. But in the past year or so they have been coming around and trying skiing.
 
I love snowboarding. Its a fun brake from skiing, I can do it once a month for a day, and its great.

Also, there arent many skiers at my hill. The mojority of the people I ride with are snowboarders. There are like, 6 other guys that ski, but only 2 of them are regulars. All my snowboarder friends know half of the tricks I do, and they arent disrespectful towards me. Even the snowboarders I dont know dont have a problem with skiers, as long as they are gapers chewing up the lips.
 
the only ppl that hate on snowboarding are the skiiers that suck at skiing. same thing goes for snowboarders.
 
you cant hate on a sport alone. you can hate certain people that participate in that sport tho.
 
i have meet quite a few dick snowboarders...

but i have also meet quite a few dick skiers

and i dont think park skiing would have proggresed like it has with out skiing
 
didnt the whole skiers hatin on boardin and boarders hatin on skiers thing end in like 92? newschool skiing wouldnt be where it is today without snowboarders.
 
agreed, plus, i do both. both dope. both fun as hell. i ride about 10 deep usually, and were half boarders half skiiers. helps to push eachother and also have fun. word up.
 
i snowboard, and i respect boarders and skiers just the same. Their both fucking sick sports that require guts and mad skill.
 
Kinda funny how anyone who's decent at skiing or boarding know's all the hate between the 2 sports is whack but still all the kids hate
 
I do both, if a person rips on me, I tell them to stfu. And I go change my gear and then blantanly ski or board around them to make them look like a dumbass. It pisses me off.
 
hating (not sarcasticly) on anything that doesnt require hatin on is stupid. there was this jam at my mountain and there was like 5 skiers and like 30 boarders, and this says he onna ive a pair of a-frames to the first person to twosev off, so i do it, and then this kid goes after me and 50-50's it and he gets the gogs, now whenever i see the guy who didnt ive me the goggles i give him funny and somewhat homosextual looks
 
snowboarding got pretty gay over the last few years. Here at Hood the average snowboarder is more concerned with being a snowboarder and having snowboard style off the hill then actually riding and havin fun, the snowboard girls are the worst. It seem that the average snowboarder nowadays reads transworld, reps airblaster and is an all around fucking tool.

Of course the skiers that come out here in the summer aren't much better.
 
Whatever. Inbounds I enjoy riding with snowboarders more than skiers, because all my boys get what its about. Having fun.

Snowboarders dont really bother me. My mum doesnt like them cause she got hit really hard which casued the end of her season last year by a outa control first time boarder on a blue. But i dont care i got heaps of snowboarder friends.
