Im moving back to Park City in October, hoping to find a house to share with a bunch of skiers. 5 to 6 bedrooms so rent is affordable. This would be SICK of it could work out....sooooo hit me up if interested!!!!!!

This. I've only lived here year-round for a couple years but that's been long enough to teach me that September is kinda "last call" to lock something down, you have October to scramble and maybe get lucky as there are usually a few decent deals still floating around, then come November... just buy a big bottle of vasoline and bend over because you're probably fucked.
