Wallisch, Martini, Riddle: The North Face

Northface's styles, colors, and designs have been pretty sick in the last 3 years- this comes as no surprise to me.
 
everyone will probably cal me a whiny little shit or something but i am dissapointed about martini. he worked so well on slaomon. but i understand with all the more money he gets now
 
i think it's good for the sport. it gives us one more brand putting out sweet outerwear that free skiers are actually interested in
 
agreed. I was eyeing this purple pinstripe jacket they had this last year. It was sickies. Just wait, another year from now and North Face will be like Sweet Outerwear except readily available and have cheaper-end lines.
 
TNF, All I can do is laugh. If they think Wallisch will make up for their shitty design team, they are so wrong.

You think their designs will always suck? Clearly obtaining some big names means they want to put a lot of money into it and realize they need to cater to the next generation of people wearing their gear. I guarantee in a couple of years everyone will want their stuff. shoot, that black/yellow one tom has isn't so bad. :)
 
I read this with a southern accent and it just was so much better...anyway....

I am psyched for TNF...I think they're going to produce some really dope looking, technical shit.

Brilliant move on his part -Northface has some of the best quality outerwear out there. I'm stoked...
 
Wow. I'm shocked. The North Face is strictly a yuppie brand here in Chicago. Hopefullt they'll bring some steeze to their style.
 
sorry they don't make 10xl dresses or have jackets that make you look "thug" when you're wearing it. They put a lot into their outerwear and they've been making damn good outerwear before any of us were born. hate all you want, wallisch is getting paid to do what he loves, and don't we all want to?
 
personally i think its dope. 2 of the best park skiers out there and one of the best pipe skiiers. They all deserve the money, they all kill it and work super hard
