SERIOUSLY the people are retarded at zombie defence, but if they were better the show would not be interesting.

if there were a zombie apocalypse, 2 things i would focus on :

a) zombie proof clothing - ie use household screening from doors/windows wrapped in strips (for flexibility) around a leather motorcycle suit. boom, hockey helmet and you wont get bit. problem solved.

b)living on an island. seriously how does nobody think of this. zombies would just float around and never even come close.

you would be living virtually worry-free but it would make for horrible television.

the infinite lakes and rivers that make up ontario and quebec... i can think of a lot of larger islands with buildings that wont have many (or any) people on them, not to mention all the cottages on islands in the cottage country around here.

i guess that solution wouldnt work for everyone but it sure would for me haha

also in reference to that video posted up there; it actually encases the show as a drama pretty well and hopefully can make everyone appreciate the non-zombie aspect of this show.

I think glenn's proposal to maggie is another snippet of hope the show keeps putting into the situation. first it was lori's baby and now these two are getting married. I think this is an important theme. they need something to live for other than just surviving.
