Walking Dead Season 3 Thread

I mean they got a van in there before. If i was woodbury i'd just do the exact same thing they did as last time but actually get the zombies in closer and make a shit ton of noise attracting all the zombies around.

It's way harder to get attacked on now. The first time they cleared them out they didn't know about Woodbury and have other people to worry about and they were trying to make it a home. Now they're leaving them so it's harder for the gov to get in and they have a mindset of making it a fort.

Who's excited for another week of putting off a battle, semi-cliffhangers, and useless conversations. If it's going to be another useless episode please have some shots on Maggie in a bikini at lease,

Ughhhhhhhh dammit. Seeing Daryl cry is not right. But fuck, I wanted Merle to mess shit up but instead the governor goes ape and bites his fingers off and leaves him to turn. At least he kind of died righteously?

Woodbury is gonna be pissed and think Rick did this....

I have a good picture on my Instagram but don't know how to post it here... Check it: _kodyweil

Anyways. ;_; Dem feels when I see the stuff about it. I knew it was coming too. I saw the pics on reddit. I just thought it wouldn't be that depressing.

lol who cares if Woodberry is going to be pissed? Did you guys all miss the part where the governor was planning on killing them all even if they complied with his request?

Seems the only good episodes in this show are the ones when a main character gets killed off, not a good thing...

haha yeah they went from like 23's to about 17's in one shot...

Decent episode, this would have been a good episode if it was 2-3 weeks ago..but the second to last episode of the season that is supposed to get you jacked for the season finale? nah....

Wow. Only one more episode. Starting to get depressed knowing I'm gonna have to wait all summer and half of fall for it to start up again. I wonder what cliff hanger they are gonna leave us with this season.

Also, calling Maggie getting prego in the near future.

Maggie or Glenn are going to die next episode.

After hearing Glenn say, I just want her to know before something happens.... that means somethings going to happen.

My exact tweet last night after the episode:

Spoiler Alert: Epic preparation for battle, Governor arrives at the prison, Rick and the crew chose to run away, episode ends. #season4

Shit better hit the fan, I don't want to see the governor attack an empty prison only to find out Rick peaced it in some dramatic way. Feel bad for Daryl, and glen..not feeling good about him and Maggie

Id like to see them run away and sabotage the prison with traps like they kind of did with the barb wire. Then attack them after they have hit the traps.

Anyone else thing that Morgan and his city area will play some role in the finale?

twitter is gay but I agree with you

It looks like after rick gives up his ricktatorship the group decides to bail on the prison and run for their lives, in comes the governor who then levels the prison to rubble. A few members of each side die in the crossfire but the gang escapes and the next season starts with them finding another settlement with the governor close on their heels

Rick and them need to leave then when the governor and them go to raid the prison, Rick's crew takes over Woodbury and uses it as defense to fight the governor when they return, killing the governor, then convince his men that he was crazy and then they join Rick.

As far as the cliffhanger goes.. Idk what's gunna go down

I think that Morgan will come back in the next episode. Don't know if they will go to him or him to rick, but there is no way they would have him come back for one episode then never see him again.

how can they show andrea strapped to that chair in the last episode, and then not show anything of her in this one??

cause nobody cares about her.

And when they show the "What happened recently in TWD" before the episode it gives away that something will happened to those specific characters.

My guess is they leave the prison but the group gets split up and they spend the first couple episodes of season 4 reuniting with each other

SPOILER

Nothing really ground breaking, but it gives a hint about how the next episode will play out - don't watch if you want to be completely surprised by the finale.

thanks for the warning.. not watching personally. Please dont discuss anything too much from the video if its gonna spoil it.

No problem. I agree people should not be talking about the video in this thread at all.

Watch it if you want to get a little more of glimpse into the season ender, but shut the hell up about it

^That walking dead poster is great

Was that last night's Talking Dead clip? I was about to watch it on demand but I usually only watch it for the extended preview and the zombie kill montage haha. I can save myself the time if it's the same video from above.

ehh sorry I don't know..I can't watch more than 30 seconds of that talking dead show before I want to snap the hosts neck..could very well be the same clip though

It's like dinner and a movie. Watched the new episode on tv the other day at my friends. They stop in the middle to discuss the show and tell you to tune in after for talking dead.

Was like lol, who does that. Pretty lame IMO.

Why don't they build a moat around where ever they're living?

Zombies come looking for a feast, they fall into the moat allowing you to safely dispose of them at a convenient time.

Maybe erosion from rains would eventually muddy it up- but yeah after seeing the zombies burn in the pit, it seems really efficient. And you wouldnt waste bullets picking them off like woodbury does

Cause that would be way too intelligent of a decision and would probably take zombies out of the storyline completely. You know how much excess construction equipment and diesel fuel would be available?? Take a couple of backhoes spend a week digging a massive moat and boom zombie proof living situation

This season fucking sucks. 7 episodes leading up to what we already know, a pending showdown. I just started rewatching seasons 1 and 2 they were so much better.

Did anyone else realize the walkers used to run and climb episodes in the first couple episodes? Now they no longer run nor climb fences. Bullshit.

That was kind of explained when they find out why michones zombie guard things don't attack her. When they stop feeding they get weak and starve.. I'm sure the hordes of zombies are getting weaker, slower, and not able to be as agile.

Crap, good point regarding the energy factor. Although I thought Michone's guards don't attack her because she cut off their arms and jaws and had them chained up? Haha kind of hard to do any damage in that state.

Originally that is why they didn't have the opportunity to attack/feed. But as the mad scientist said, when they stop feeding they just get weak and lose their energy to attack/feed.

Looking at the Andrea guards when she had em, they weren't able to turn on her cause she had those stiff rods around their necks and they couldn't turn and come back.

However, I see your point because Merle was pretty slow when he was trying to go at Daryl.
