I literally ordered mine two days ago. I got stereo standards with phonic boots. I cant wait to get them (And for the water to warm up(

................................................................ the fuck did you search then????? many kids have asked this.........

im gonna add a generic comment because i dont own a pair myself

OH DUDE YEAH THEY LOOK SICK AND FUN I WONDER IF ITS LIKE REAL SKIING ON SNOW... THE RAILS LOOK COOL BUT THEY ARE DANGEROUS!!!!!! I WONDER IF YOU COULD USE THOSE AS POW SKIS IF YOU MOUNTED BINDINGS....

in all seriousness i own a pair of finless stunt skis made in the 80's they are like kids snowboards size and they are fun as fuck to dick around on! if you have $600 then pick up stereos. if you are going to get the skis, you will need to full on commit to that shit if you want to get your moneys worth, if you have access to a cable park, then GET SOME....

I have wakeboarded but haven't yet tried wakeskis, but I imagine if you are good at skiing on snow, you will probably pick it up pretty quickly. I wouldn't think tricks will be easily "transferable" though, besides maybe basic airs, grabs, and maybe 3s. I imagine landing and riding fakie would be pretty tough to get the hang of. Also, doing tricks while holding a handle is a lot different than doing tricks on the ski hill.

NO, i repeat NO. n-o no no no no no. the physics involved are completely different, the only way to describe it is: like wake boarding on skis. i can do tantrums and back rolls on a wakeboard, i can do liu kangs on wakeskis... riding switch is hard, 360s are hard, everything is hard lol...

Going off of what he said I rode a pair H.O wake skis last summer. Theyre fun, yes, but they are completely different than snow skiing. The physics are different because you are always being pulled by the boat and holding onto the rope becomes a factor. Youre being pulled forward yet jumping wake to wake and leaning against the boat pull to stay planed out. I tried a few hand to hand 3's and they were difficult. They are however very very fun if you have 600ish bucks to throw around. If not, just stick to normal waterskiing, barefooting, etc. Barefooting's the shit

yeah i know, i just need to learn to wakeski first. I have water skied a ton so i figure i will pick up quickly though.
