so im lookin to get into wake skis and i need some one who has done it before to tell if i should get the stereo skis or the ho ski and wich one will be better for a begginer thanks

why not just wakeboard?

I don't like snowboarding much but I like wakeboarding much more than water skiing its similar sports.

If anything wakeboarding somewhat translates to pow skiing IMO. Wakesurfing is fun but I don't like it as much as wakeboarding.

i have the HO skis and i love them, there also really easy, there so fat and what not so it makes it easy to get up on, very fun, kinda tricky to spin on, but if u wake board then u know about all the handle passes and stuff when u spin. but these are deffenetly a blast, it also gives good laughs to the people watching when u bust a spread over the wake.

ah, and now it makes more sense haha. Ive been there, going to try a toeside front flip while my driver is speeding up like a good driver does(for me at least) and catch it on the take off, don't let go like a genius and whiplash knock out face plant(apparently floating face down for a few seconds, I don't remember this but this is what I was told). I do remember the FKNA I thought when my head pain came to me waiting for the boat to pick me up though. HAHAHA.

Then again, 2 concussions in 07/08 ski season at least..

Get the Stereo Skis.
HO makes the shittiest product ever. + if anything happens and they need to be replaced it would cost you an arm and a leg to get a straight answer from anyone there.
HO's customer service reminds me of Salomon this past winter.
I work at a wakeboard school and carried HO for a few years, but quickly dropped them when we would get miss-matched boots and shit. EXAMPLE:
size 8 and 12 shipped in the same box. Wakeskis shipped in two sizes
