if you're just starting go for a hyperlight or iconn board. they make really good boards for beginners that can be used even by pros. check out the hyperlight Belmont

Keep 'em jibbin!!

dont just get a beginner board if you are a beginer cause then you just have to get another board when you get better. I recommend the CWB Rob Struharick Signature Model, or the Hyperlite Shairpo or Murray pro boards.

Hyperlite doesnt make a Shapiro board anymore cause he doesnt ride for them. I recommend the CWB Rob Stru Pro, Obrien Answer or Custom, or the Hyperlite Belmont

no i meant the old one they used to make, i said this because i have seen a few left and they are pretty cheap.

well if you can find older models it is pretty cheap. it is also better to buy them in september or october because they are cheaper.

My board was $700 blank in the may of 1999 but in september of 1999 it was $425 with bindings. thats how much i got it for.

Hyperlight all the way!!! My Vero 143 is the sweetest board I've ever ridden. Go finless, get the Hyperlight Byerly
