They probably won't end up doing this, but if they built a rail garden over on frannies and kept that little lift going... that would be tight! Not exactly a rope tow, but still pretty close.

Sadly the temps are still warm, and only have been cold enouph to make snow a couple times. Do you think they will still open November 21st?

Have u ever actually rode this lift? It is legit the slowest ski lift ever, it took longer than the summit lift, it sucked.

Yeah it's definetly really slow, but the only people on it would be the kids in the park so I feel like the vibe would be way chiller and you could actually get to know fellow park skiers a bit better. It would also kind of be 'our space' in a way so we wouldn't have to deal with shitheads, gapers, and long lines and just focus on lapping with our friends and having a good time. All hypotheticals, just my opinion.

weather is looking good for the weekend after thanksgiving. I will likely be there next Wednesday to acquire employment for winter break and set up shitty corrugated tubes if they aren't open already

Ya I hope they will open by then. I was watching a weather report they put on YouTube and it looked like some kids where already hiking some small corgated pipes from the little amount of snow they made. Can't wait!

Its official, wachusett will be opening Friday! sadly they said they wouldn't have any features up on the first day but if they continue making snow and conditions are good then they will put some features up. Get hyped!
 
learn to embrace the plastic corrugated tubes cause that's the only kind of park features that will be around until like christmas probably
 
Anyone know if they got any snowmaking in last night or will get some in before Sunday afternoon? I feel like the midweek rain killed everything they made on Monday

Not sure, but they will prob drop a weather report on YouTube and they will tell u what's going on. Next weekend is going to be shitty to. It's so post to rain mid week again and temps look warm for snow making...

Nah bro, the conditions really suck. They had a small PVC pipe up last weekend put its gone now. It looks like it will be atleast 2+ weeks for them to have the right conditions to put any features up.
 
good ol wa chusett mtn out here in righteous taxachusetts. The conditions arent the best, very thin snow cover but this makes for a pifftastic time shreddin the grass n mack chicken booters

not 1 but TWO lift towers toobs on hips, the tube with the curved ends set up as an urban on down rail so you can do snowboard tricks, the long flat tube which is prime right now, a frame box and 10 foot jump. other features below park include a wallride to corruagted and the mailbox, all the chunder you could ever dream of, plus in a one day only offer, LOTS OF WATER
 
New setup for hammers. Prolly gonna be some wack shit. Took out everything above the jumps last night. Im not too sure if they are leaving the jumps or them out.

Sorry we've been MIA for a little bit on NS. We've pushed a bunch of snow from the park area into a big pile so we are planning to have a cinco jam again this year. Most likely Sunday, May 1st but we will update if anything changes. Details coming soon.
