I'm pretty sure this has been up before, maybe even i posted it, but i am too lazy to look back, so I was just wondering if everyone who skiied was would drop a line here so that we could know who lives near who and stuff for trips up to stevesn and snoqualmie or whatever. Kinda soon to start thinkin about it, and kinda touchy feely, but it's still nice to actually meet the people we trash online, preferably people in seattle area (w/in like an hour) but WA is cool to.

i remember when i used to ride snoqualmie every night after school being it was only a hour and some away, then all that park bullshit got boring, and i got out of school i moved up to

B-Ham and i brought the park to baker, where I found real riders. So many wasted nights.

maybe you are not getting my picture, i only went to snowqualmie because it is the only mountain open after school, now i live in bellingham, and i can ski baker every day instead of just on the weekends, and i realize there is no night skiing at baker, i was just bringing up what i used to do after school. now i can get drunk and figure out how to kill myself on baker everyday because i don't have school this winter.

How can you say there aren't any 'real riders' at the summit anyways? Last time I checked two of the three IFSA skiers from WA claim Alpental and the other calims Stevens...not to say that there isn't sicke riders at Baker, but what you got to show for it...oh yeah, this year Baker is gonna blow, you all just wait and see.

yeah there are some rippers at alp, it just doesn't have the vert ft that other hills do, i guess you can't help where you live and ride sometimes. I hope baker blows up, that would be fucking rad. I would be all 'oh man i am gonna die' and then everyone here could share a good laugh

Oh yeah...this season I am also predicting a big breakout from HYAK! I have had a season's pass at the summit since i was six and i have never even set foot on that hill, but that will all change...someday, someday.

I brush my teeth with Amaretto.

hyak is fun, when alpental gets really crowded there is not as many people at hyak. their is some fun pow runs if you know where to look. and it is gonna blow up. someday they're probably put chairs on MT catherine(the mountain behind hyak) they own that property and it's higher than alpental

um, no little boy, it's not higher than alpental, and they dont own any of that property, they rent it from the government, and the reason that there are no chairs on mt catherine is cause they cant get cleared from the government to cut down the trees and start building.

yeah, i've been waiting for them to develop that. it isn't all that steep or anything, but it'll get more people over there, and make snoqualmie as a whole (or should it be hole? haha) seem less crowded. hyak does have some pretty decent runs though, just like that guy said, great on pow days. you just have to wait in line with like 500 cross-countriers...skiiny sticks *shudder*
