Vx2100 import

Hi everyone, so I just bought a sony vx2100. I want to buy a cheap little camcorder to import with so I dont damage the heads of my vx. I've seen a sony dcr hc28 and a jvc gr-d750u both for less than 100$. Do you know if one is better than the other? Thanks
 
The camera you capture with wont matter. Just make sure the heads on that camera are okay. You wont lose footage quality or anything.
