Vuze torrenting help! (MAC)

ive been trying to get some higher end adobe software and i cant get any of these .exe's to work after extracting the .rar and .zip folders. can anyone help?

gotta give us more info. what does it say when you try run it? are you sure you downloaded mac versions?

are u serious? exes dont work on a mac, you need dmg files. You downloaded a install programm for windows, not for mac. Of course it doesnt work!
