#11 Water Leaves

The theme is Macro??

Definitely the money or the Karl Marx ones, if it has to relate to the theme... Not that they're the best pictures or anything

Funny since I just wrote a macroeconomics exam today...

#11 for sure, no other photo has such striking depth of field... and look at the detail on the central waterdrop, you can see the individual veins and cells of the leaf.

#7. Ice. very unique i love it. ive never seen anything like that.

these are all very sick pictures though. this is a pretty legit contest. maybe i'll give it a go sometime

I voted ice becuase it caught me the most at first. I don't like the leaves because the focus is all the way at the bottom of the picture, which makes it weird to look at to me.

soo i remember seeing this idea and preliminary photo submission ways...but can't figure out how to get to that again?? Where is the photo contest entry stuff?

and i choose 7.

Need this to replace the current sticky. Anyone.. anyone?..

Raised or lowered?... raised tariffs, in an effort to collect more revenue for the federal government. Did it work? Anyone? Anyone know the effects? It did not work, and the United States sank deeper into the Great Depression. Today we have a similar debate over this. Anyone know what this is? Class? Anyone? Anyone? Anyone seen this before?

I was hoping I'd never have to think about this stuff again.

Raising taxes/tariffs in the states screwed them royally during the depression. They should have actually decreased taxes/tariffs, which would have increased consumer spending since they would have more disposable income. Despite having the lack of funds to do so, the government should have increased spending (though this would create a deficit...) as well. Increased consumer and government spending would lead to increased GDP and end the depression much faster.

In actuallity the government's tax increases lowered consumer spending, which made the depression much worse than it should have.

Do i get a cookie?
