vote your opinion on the all around best ski ever, with an explanation of why it is the best. I think its the 06' Made'n AK because its versitile and has the best graphics.
 
well, the only way this is going to be serious and not a "i-love-my-ski-cuz-they-look-sooo-b-eautiful"-thread is if you have skied like all skis out there. otherwise your opinion is just naive.
 
i like scratches cause they are pretty flexible ... i skied them last year and i really liked em ... i hate the graphics every year but its whats inside that counts.

I would also have to Vote High Society Because they have so much pop, responsivnes and performance that not only could you ollie your house on them but you could win the worldcup too. Oh and also they have by far the dopest graphics and all those guys are so dope.
 
here are my two- either the foil or the karma both good all-rounders, no specific apeacialties but do well from park to deep/steep in bounds B/C
 
seein as tho i dont have much experience on a range of skis ill vote by what ive heard, i like the new innovation of the line invaders, cuz i live in ny and bc is nothing to me here, and i ski park or groomers all the time, so the butter zone brings the most out of a ski in my area, plus the topsheet and base are sick lookin.
 
Rossi 167 scratch, however, they are not flexible at all, as it was mentioned ^^... thats what make em such a versatile ski
 
I got to ski the Mantra at the end of last season and just ordered mine, between those and the gotamas... I loved the gotamas more in the steep with some snow to be had, but felt the mantras were a bit more versatile.

I've been skiing on Volkls for the past 7 or 8 seasons and have liked most of them.

I also took out a pair of pocket rockets and a pair of the similar Line ski (mother ship or something) but they were a little too soft for my taste.
 
i went to this demo and tried invaders im loving the butterzone, and the flex on it. those so they are my favorite for park, dont do much bc cause there isnt much where i ski. those high society graphics are tight
 
oh what see thats one reason why i love these skis so much that is such a sick graphic especially when combined with such a dope allround ski
 
Ok I am going with the classic....Volkl Explosive's...the ones with the Wizard on them. Those skis were tanks.I skied them in whistler for a few weeks last spring and they stomped the shit out of everything.
 
I've got some as a telemark setup. Just checking my order - what do you weigh, how tall are you and what size mantras did you order?

btw - afaik explosiv = mantra
