Volunteer for a pass

So I'm thinking about being a volunteer at the Canyons one day a week for a free pass. Has anyone ever done this there or anywhere else and if so how does it work. How much work is actually required for the pass and how easy is it to be a horrible employee and still get he free pass.

i had a friend who volunteered on beaver creek (i know it's not the canyons) but he worked 1 day a week setting up the nastar race, so it was pretty easy and not too much work... maybe it's kinda same job
