Volkl Warranty?

Hey I bought a pair of Volkl Walls in Boulder this fall (and they were a little used.). They are 185 Volkl Walls w/ Jesters. I had been skiing on them and loving them but a few days ago I accidentally landed a little backseat and the ski broke in the back, I was wondering if it was possible to get these warrantied and how I would do it? There seems to be no way to contact Volkl on their website (well the contact me form which I did, but I was looking more so for a number). Thanks, any help is awesome and heres a pic if you cared

that really sucks. i know how you feel. i have skiied 6 days on my armada ar6s (which i love) and i just found a large dent in the edge. the edge got like pushed in to the base, it sucks. the shop tech says it will pullout no matter what so its not even worth the fix. i sent armada an email and waiting for the response. sorry, i have no experience with volkl, but i hope all goes well. hopefully you at least liked them like me before the broke
 
Warranty usually only works when you buy from a legit shop, or volkl themselves. You probably will not get a warranty because of the fact that you bought the skis from someone else.
 
since you bought them used, i dont think they will cover it. But i had last years walls and one of them lost its camber. I took it in to the shop i bought it from and they sent them in and im getting this years models instead. However, its fucken gay. It takes 6-8 weeks for them to get me my skis back. either way i paid 300 for my walls at the end of last year and now im getting the new ones, so that aight.
 
what the fuck happened to your edges that close to the tail? a crazy detune?

ive learned tail presses this year and my edges aren't even close to that

anyway, youre probably going to be shit outta luck on the warranty with obvious signs of rail use. theyll know that it was probably from a jump and skis just arent meant to be landed on wrong.

they should get back to you pretty quickly though, i emailed them for free stickers and got a reply the next day
