Volkl Wall or Nordica Ignition

I skied the AR6 for a day and didnt like it b/c it was to soft for me. I know that the Wall is stiffer than the AR6, but wath about the Ignition? And which one was more durable (also something I didnt like about te AR6)? I am 165 lbs 5'11".

I think the Volkl Wall is the clear choice: its fatter, its fully symetrical, it has good pop, better graphics, and it was a freeskier editors pick

I can get the Wall for $350, but it has been drilled once. Is that a good deal or should i wait until spring for the price to come down?

If the AR6 is too soft, the Wall is the next best bet really... it is modeled after the Karma.. which is still one of the stiffest mama jammas on the freeski market. Also, I have heard pretty stiff things about the movement kamasutra and the liberty phil larose.. so check into those too.

if u didnt like the softness of the ar6's, the dont even consider the nordica's, in my opinion, the softest twin we sell at our shop, and we sell the fujiative, and the t-halls, and the dumonts....the ignition is SUPER soft. I have the walls, and i used to have t-halls, and personally i enjoy the stiffness of the wall, i centermounted it and it has nice pop to it, kinda heavy, but hey is made my volkl. Go for the wall, u will like it. But what kind of skiing are u mostly doing?

if you like stiffness look into fischers there stiffer and the waist is in the center of the ski so if you center mount your not in front of the waist

I just picked up the walls for 200$ from the volkl rep they are suprisingly soft for volkls but compared to any armadas i guess they would be considered stiff. The construction seems bomb proff, nordicas construction however would be similar. Go for the Walls

They seemed bomb proff but i cracked one of my walls lengthwise under the sidewall first jump session out on them. But next years are on there way so im not to upset.
