Volkl Wall Edge Cracked

I was skiing last weekend and the edge under my boat cracked on my new walls. Do you think i have a shot at a warranty claim?
 
highly doubt it, depending on the circumstance that it was cracked in, ^^ like he said, if u hit a rail or box etc then chances are no, but if ur ski is in like pretty deece condition with no dings or scrapes on the bases then you might be able to get away with it
 
my wall's edges cracked in 3 places and ripped out one 3 inch chunk. I rode them three times and did not abuse them. I barely hit rails, probably touched metal 20 or so times. They basically fell apart at an unacceptable rate. the shop called Volkl and they said they would not warranty them.

Does anyone know the warranty number so i can talk to them? ??
