I don't know what size to get. 169 or 177. Im 5'8 and 145 lbs. need them from around nose to forehead height. Which would be best??? thanks
 
you could get out the trusty tape measure and see which falls between your nose and forehead. would guess it would be the 169
 
At 5' 9" I'd definitely be leaning towards the 177's, especially if you're still growing. It really sucks to have to disregard a pair of skis just because they're too small. If that's not the case however, and you consider yourself a particularly strong skier I think you could still swing the 177's. I'm 5' 10" and ski on 183's.
