I was wondering if any one has ever skied on the the volkl V-pros i think they were the 04 model they were grey with yellow on them i was just wanting some input

mmmm i was thinking of buying those but i held out and got some volkl karmas, if ur lookin for a nice ski to ride the karma is it dude it is amazing

The first Karma was identical to the V-Pro I think. The newer Karma is a bit fatter. I have the black V-Pro from two years before the grey one and it definitely is identical. I've skied them for three season - they're pretty stiff. Too stiff if they're just for park, but if they're wide enough for you then there are very few skis that will be as good all round. They float OK in light powder, alright for riding switch, but really stable at speed if you're a good skier. You can't relax too much or the ski will kick your ass - they ski best when you're pushing hard and really working them. I remounted mine +8cm for all park and they ski a hell of a lot nicer switch now, so maybe mount forward a little bit if you're skiing them all round.

definately get them. and no they are not identical to the karmas, they are skinnier. its a sick ski. you can take it anywhere.
