Volkl step??

looking at buying volkl steps but there doesn't seem to be many reviews, information or many riders using them out there. does anyone ride them? are they good? Recommend any thing else?

btw i ride armada ar7's and and elreys at the moment.

I ride on them!

I think they're pretty good.

It is pretty stiff ski so you have to like that.

They're good on the rails and stuff, but big kickers are no problem at all. Due to the stiffness they are good at hard-charging.

The top chips a little bit too soon in my opion, but other than that, I would definitely recommend them!

oh and btw: ahmet dadali and a couple of other 'pro's' ride on 'em.

They are the same sidecut and rocker as the ledge but the step has carbon stringers in them. Have you rode on rockered skis yet? The elray and ar7 are full camber and if you come from using full camber the majority of the time rocker may not be your thing.

Full camber better than full rocker and even than flat+rocker, but I think camber + rocker - nice

great ski very durable and they have a little stiffness but you wont trouble buttering with them i would reccomaend them

i agree. I rode mine for the first time this weekend. They are nice but i want to ski them more to get a better feel for them .
