Volkl Ledge

Hey guys I'm looking for some new park planks and was looking at the volkl Ledge. I'm just wondering if anyone has tried them and if so, how are they? I'm 6 foot 1, 160lbs and I'm looking for a ski that is soft, buttery, and decently cheap. Thanks.

It was my park ski last year, a really fun, buttery park ski, yet very stable at speed.. Would say it fit what you want really well!

My friend and I got into park last year and he got ledges while I got masterminds. He loves his ledges and they look like a lot of fun. They are quite a bit heavier than my masterminds but not a huge concern. Overall a buttery playful ski... tons of fun

i had ledges for about a month until they got stolen at my local resort. but from my experiences with them, i would defiantly buy them. Sick skis.

Do yourself a favor an dont buy these, i had a pair and hated them, will never buy from volkl again...they are soft, but the butters feal akward and take time to get used to, also they are the least durable ski I've ever owned, and the bases suck and don't hold a wax, spend a little extra money and get filthy riches, similar ski just a lot more fun, and durable...

consider the volkl step. Its the same ski but with carbon stringer which stiffens up the ski a tiny bit and gives the ski more pop. At your height I think the step would be better fit cause with your height you are going to have no problem levering your body over the tips for butters with the step and you can gain some more pop out of the ski. The step retails for $50 more and if you buy from a shop I'm sure you can move the price a bit closer to ledges.
