way out of focus but from what i can see theres like a long hole in your base or something? its worth a shot i guess. just call them up and look into it
get a better picture. that one is just a red blob with a line. from what i can tell, it just looks like you ran over a rock, which is not going to be warrantied. take it into a shop, and they will decide if it will work or not.
