One of my friends has been a rollerblader for a long time and he says he takes these vitamins everyday that help prevent injuries in your joints. I looked these up online and theres like 20 different brands of them but i wanted to no if anyone takes these for skiing and if so do they help and is it worth it?

i love the vitamins that are so non specific that there are 20 brands of them and nobody knows what you're talking about.

name of the vitamin please

I take AST multipro 32x and fish oil pills twice a day, defiantly feel healthier overall and would recommend it to anyone.

that's sooo true. fish oil burps are disgusting. i've found that taking right before bed is the best.
as to the OP's question...I'm guessing your looking for Glucosamine & Chondroitin. I've been taking them for years to help ease joint pain resulting from "rigorous exercise", i.e. lifting, skiing, hockey, etc.

vitamin C and scurvy, vitamin D and rickets. those are just a couple classic examples. specify your reply. did you mean multi-vitamin caplets? what do you mean by 'not help' specifically?
