Sup ns, this isn’t really a what ski to get thread more of a which ski to get, so I’m sick of stiff skis and want a ski that is super fun to jib with and butter around, I’ve decided I’m either getting Armada edollos or vishnu wets, please make up my mind for me! Someone convicnce me to get one ski vs the other

My friend has the Wets and they are super flexible, especially in the tip and tail, but firm enough underfoot to not be a total noodle.

From my knowledge, the Wets are gonna have a bigger, more dramatic rocker than the edollo, but they might be a tad stiffer in the tips/tails to help keep stable. (think of a softer Magnus). The Edollo has a lot of rocker as well, but not as dramatic and probably a little more flex in the very tip/tail. They are both going to be similarly matched. Get whatever you feel more confident on with your ski style.

I've got a pair of wets and they're amazing. Super noodley but at the same time very snappy. Also keep in mind waist width too, wets are like 88 (I think?) and edollo are 99. Can't go wrong with either. All depends on what you're comfortable with.

I've never skied either so take this with a pinch of salt, but as said above bear in mind the waist. If you're gonna be mainly ripping around jibbing hitting some softer deeper snow and generally after a more all mountain jibber I'd say e-dollo, depends where you ski as well of course. vishnu Wets look like an ideal east coast jibber but if you're anywhere where you get deeper conditions/want to take it out of the park a lot I reckon E-Dollos are the one. The only thing that's stopped me pulling the trigger on vishnus is the waist.

i ski the east coast rare;y venture out of the park for more than a few runs, and rarely see pow. also which one will be more durable?

i would assume the armadas will be more durable, but that's just based on the fact that armada is an established company that ive had a lot of good experience with and vishnu is new

looks like the prices are comparable (assuming youre okay with getting the current batch of e dollos as opposed to '18s). id say e dollos for sure but im biased, i appreciate them but im not in the market for a symmetrical ski or "the softest flex on the market" haha

I just preordered some wets and I've done hours of research to decide bc i had the same decision to make and I rly like how I can just dm vishnu and they will hit me up any question Ive got

The Wet's are going to much more durable than the Edollo, many friends go through edollos in less than a month. Vishnus will last all season. Hope this helped
