Vishnu Keys?

Does anybody have any experience with the vishnu keys? I've been considering buying a pair in the presale. I'm a beginner park skier, and want something to improve and practise my tricks, and that'll last me when I (hopefully) get more advanced in freestyle. I can't find that much on them on the Internet, so any feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Haven’t heard a single bad thing about them, and I’ve asked everyone I seen rocking them. I’d say go for it dude

I ride wets and wides and everyone I’ve seen with the keys have said they likes them better than both. Get keys if you wanna do jumps and rails. Wets if just rails and butters

Keys are the best ski I have ever owned. They are sooooo light so swaps are easier. On the softer side of skis though. The ski is just soft enough to easily get swervey but just stiff enough to ski the biggest jumps you can find. They carved great until I detuned them. They feel pretty soft out of the box but then the break in and get alot softer. I think it is a great all around park ski. Also you don't have to size up like the wets but you definitely still can. You will not be disappointed. They are also really really durable. The tip and tail protectors help alot.

What's the stiffness rating on Keys? If the wets are 3/10 and wet + are 6, where do the keys fall?

“Thanks for the email. The "center" of the ski when mounting is indeed 1cm back due to the asymmetrical shape. The mounting line on the ski is -1, but if you want to center mount them feel free. You will adjust to the difference either way in a day or so of skiing. Overall, the Key is the stiffest ski we make, on a 1-10 it would be somewhere around a 7. I still find them easy to butter because of the poplar/bamboo core but with enough substance to hit big jumps comfortably. Hope this helps.“

Decently soft. They are NOT a stiff ski in my opinion. The are not a noodle either. They are softer than the nose of the Faction Prodigy. The are easy to butter and are a very playful ski, but stiffer than piece of room temperature wet spaghetti (line blend). I haven't skied wets or + so I can not tell you how they compare.

Ive heard so much negativity ab wets id say keys

Thank you for sharing this info

Update. Incredible ski. I bought them for a stiffer park ski, I did a lap before i detuned them… I was so impressed by the carving/acceleration capabilities that I don’t think I’ll be detuning them and just using my Wets for park. It was like driving a formula one car, I can’t believe it.

My sister got keys this season and loves them. Says they are like a perfectly balanced park ski. Like the true essence of a park ski has been captured

Wides cool, less maneuverable of course, they’re good for pow but I prefer my wets in park fasho
