Vishnu copycat. Prosecute now

Update : supposedly this vincy van goat guy thought this was a good idea? Maybe he just appreciates Vishnu or something. Idk man, I don’t think it’s really cool to bite like that, even if it’s from a good place.
 
So this is what they meant by plagiarism in schooo huh? Really quite upsetting to see such a famous artist rip off a small brand

dude I walked by this ditch today that was filled with all of this weird wet stuff, and it was flowing downhill. it looked EXACTLY like the "river" graphic for this year. So now nature is copying vishnu as well??

After our initial consultation, unfortunately you don't have a case here. We can attempt civil litigation however after doing a quick read-over of the Dutch copyright (Auteurswet) laws, its highly unlikely a judge will rule in your favor because its been 70 years since the creator's death opening up the copyright, and your skis look like trash.
