There's also the Weekend Project contests. They post a new one every thursday or friday that will be due by tues/wed. Winner gets a free plus membership or some added upload space.

Just finished my composition challenge. Figured It's not my weakest point so why not. Feel free to critique it, on any ground. I know audio was quiet though (set gain way to low)
