Vimeo colours

so usually when i watch a video on vimeo the volume bars and the progress bar are blue, but sometimes theyre green or red, how do i change the colour? do i need vimeo plus?

it's under embed options, or advanced options or something like that.im pretty sure you can only change the color when you embed it
