i think the jumps that jon simon and henrik did are on the lower right hand side of the photo. im not sure exactly where though

chads is super mellow, but its fun because there are literally about 30-40 big jumps setup all over it at any given time, after a storm you just ski up there, stomp an inrun and huck. When your landings bombed move to the next one. I'm kinda too lazy to hit jumps these days I'd rather just ski.

yea there are tons of booters in that area cause msot kids are too lazy to set up the jumps for pyramid and chads.

but also some kids are just dumb and go back there without the proper equipment

proper equipment? to build a jump, a shovel. unless ur planning on skiing those siiiick lines right there

its not just a regular mountain back there

all the places were jumps are built have tons of snow and grizzly is a high avalanche area. need a beacon, probes, and other eqiupment

nah im too badass for that stuff, id rather die than have some pussy shit probes or whatever.

Yah the lines might not be monstrously sickening lines, but Avy danger is super high around 40degree pitches, coupled with the famous Alta-pow...it is a danger area.

On the topic though...that place is just booter city...so many places to just set up and build something nice.

It's not lift serviced, and part of Alta. Grizzly Gulch terrain is run by a catski operation out of Alta. And then people with snowmobiles also go in...To my knowledge.

i actually think your right, cuz snowbird is the only resort in little cottonwood thats not directly sublet from the forest service...so i dont think snowmobiles are allowed in there...

then again i could be entirely wrong...
