Video playback problem

Probably already a thread on this, but I couldnt find it, so here it is.

Im trying to watch 4bi9 house 2, but whenever it gets to 3:08 it freezes and never continues. It happens every time even on other browsers that I try. Anyone have a fix?
 
We're opening up a big investigation into this. It is extremely weird behavior, but we'll get it figured out.

Can you give us more info?

Does it happen both on SD and HD?

Browser and version?

OS and version?

Other videos or only one video?

In terms of cache, this should help. We're suspect that its an issue with the CDN caching the video, so we're investigating that road first.

Can you guys please make sure to give all the info I requested above when saying you have an issue?

No that actually with the new system can't happen. The CDN that serves the videos is insanely beefed up. 5 million people could watch a video in a span of two hours and it would serve the fuck out of it without breaking a sweat.

Its definitely some odd issue with the file, browser, flash version, cache.... something weird like that.

Please, the more info you can give the more it helps us.

 
Its working now, turns out I wasnt missing much but as you requested

My computer has been on for a while, it might be the case, but I've been watching youtube and vimeo perfectly fine.
 
Totally all good man. This stuff is extremely frustrating I know. Its the worst part about building sites though, so hard to track down odd issues like this.

Does it do it for you in all browsers?

If you haven't tried other browsers - can you please try them and report the results?

Same for anyone with the issue. Try it across a few different browsers.
