I checked the searchbar and nothing came up, so unfornately I needed to make this theread. I made a little powder edit using GoPro HD footage. It's nothing special basically a song and my favorite runs put together into a 3:45 video. I made it in Adobe Premier Elements 4 (it does what I need done and it's pretty simple) and everything worked out fine, no problem importing the footage and exporting the video. The problem is that the video is nearly a Gb in size. So NS, why is this and how can I resizethe video/fix the problem without really loosing quality so I can upload it to a video hosting site?

I hope that ^ helped, because minor thread jack here- I'm also putting together an edit with my (non HD) go pro. I got a few good interviews with krusty locals and ski bunnies, but I couldn't take the camera out of the housing to film them. I know there's a hi/lo audio setting, but is there any way to edit the constant background buzz and amplify their voices?

I'm also using windows movie maker, as much as it sucks. Are there any better programs I can download? Or maybe learn how to torrent adobe?

I'm also realizing just how little I know about editting, and I find myself doing the same fade in/out between runs and overlapping between cut clips. the effects seem pretty silly and I can't find a rewind feature. Any suggestions?

bump. Also, I used the photo every 5 secs feature for a time lapse of snow accumulation. However, I don't know how to increase the speed between pics. Can this be done with WMM?
