What is the greatest video game of all time??

Mine is Xenogear for his creative battle system and unique plot

I would like to have a signature as cool as FRZGene

Haha, that game was a classic. In Live '95 I turn fouls off, and I would try to hold the opponent scoreless. I once finished an entire season with only 1 win, and it was a simulated game...damn simulated games. I remember the Aladdin cheat...a b b a a b b a

Both tony hawk games and starcraft is a really good game. Half-life and Diablo II are pretty good.

Snowcraft is simple, you gotta drag all your guys down to the bottom left corner, then use one at a time to attack them. Easy that way.

 
Parappa the rappa was enourmously amusing, but I love the 8 bit.

Last night I rented Simpsons Wrestling for PS1. It was entertaining for a few solid hours, but when you are used to PS2 games, the old graphics really suck.

 
the entire road rash series for N64 (motorcycle racing+violence=win)

If you haven't played TES IV: Oblivion, you ain't know.
Seriously though, best game of all time for sure. As of yet at least. Soooo much content, and with the PC version you can mod it and do whatever the fuck you want. Its pretty ridiculous.

i didnt like oblivion that much. it was fun and all but it got really dry really fast. and you could get to unstoppable "god mode" way too fast and too easy.

id have to go with mario 64 or some spinoff of the mario series. so much fun, infinite replay value, and good party games.
 
See thats why you get it for PC, because you have mods like OOO that make you have to prepare for hours to simply go in a cave and come out alive! Besides, if you get to unstoppable god mode you just turn up the difficulty slider. The PC version literally makes it infinite replay value because you can add more, and more, and more, and more.... Its awesome. I can definitely see where you're coming from though. Nice thing about the PC version is you can turn oblivion into whatever you want it to be.

Anyone ever played Ratchet and Clank? Too legit. That stuff was the perfect mix of possibly the best gameplay devised, most awesome weapons, the ability to blow shit up, stellar graphics for the time, incredibly creative story lines, and last but not least... the most awesome characters and cut scenes ever. Captain Qwark is the best.
