FCP is a great program but Mac only.

Your best bets for Windows are among these three:

Avid Xpress DV 4.0

Adobe Premiere 7 Pro

Ulead Mediastudio Pro 7.0

Avid is the best prog, but most expensive ($1499)

Premiere is what to get if you cant afford Avid. I have no idea what it goes for these days tho. MediaStudio should be a last resort as it is the weakest of the bunch. But bottom line is, if your looking for a quality editing program, expect to drop a few bills. (unless your downloading of course )
