Video Editing Program

yeah unfortunately i dont have a Mac. if i had the money, i'd buy one just for FinalCut and GarageBand.
 
then you probably want to get adobe premier. i know the cs3 version was very easy to get for free (and there was a thread somewhere on here about how to do it for windows). its a pretty dope program, but i prefer final cut.

also, sony vegas is (i hear at least) a good program, but i would go for premier b/c its way easier to get for free.
 
im not sure, only heard about it through other peoples recommendations, but i have seen some pretty sweet stuff come out of sony vegas. im pretty sure it takes .mt2 files as well, so thats nice for some people who capture in that format.
 
well, what do you use? Because I may think what your using is confusing, its just thats what i learned to use first and I would suggest it.
 
all my edits come outta sony vegas.

i want to get premier pro, but ive had problems dling it.

and from my experience, vegas is A LOT easier to get than premier.
